It is bizarre to see necks buried
in the hope of an eclipse
Denying to cure the spiritual sufferers
Desperation dominates their lives
Anxious for anything
Ignoring the adopted care
Unaffordable is the need to be alone
There is no reason for the mystery
but the absurd lies that are spent by the many.

Sarah Ahmad lives in Pakistan. She likes to call herself a struggling poet and artist as in her world where life is so fragile, not knowing if you will return alive every time you step out of the house, getting someone to acknowledge your art is a real struggle.
you can feel the writing when it’s for real… thanks for this Sarah
‘Spent’! Wonderful.
